Reservation/Confirmation
All tours are open for early booking. Everest Excursion would like to get the bookings as early as possible. In most of the tours final minutes arrangement is also possible but it is always better to have an early start.  Reservation can be made by phone, mail, email or Fax. After the acceptance of a tour by both the parties a confirmation is sent to the client on receipt of a deposit amount. Deposit amount is necessary for us to make the necessary arrangements in advance like booking of hotels and flight tickets

Amendment
Any amendments to the confirmed tour should be informed to us in writing no later than 30 days prior to the commencement of trip. And you will be informed about the possibilities of such amendments.

Price
The prices quoted by Everest Excursion for tours include, unless otherwise indicated, all transportation, all lodging in hotel class stated during our communication, and meals as stated in respected programs. Price dose not include: expenses of a personal nature, Visa fees, tipping. All prices are subject to change without prior notice, sometimes price may increase /decrease due to exchange rates.

Cancellation and Refund policy
All cancellation must be made at least 2 weeks prior to commencement date.
A 25% service fee will apply on refunds of 7 days prior to departure.
A 50% service fee will apply on refunds of less than seven days.
Absolutely no refund on all cancellation 2 days prior to departure date.
It is better to discuss on a Case To Case Basis for this rule as it depends on trip you are taking.

Travel Document
Traveler must carry a valid travel document i.e. passport, visa, re-entry Permit etc. Everest Excursion is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items and also will not be responsible for any possible problems due to invalid travel documents.

Travel Insurance
Everest Excursion strictly suggests that every guest takes a travel insurance that covers every kinds of medical expenses, emergency rescue, trip cancellations or any other kinds of possible mishaps for the whole period of your travel. In any situation we are here ready to help you. However you should have the proper documents and policies.

Payment & Its Mode
We accept visa and master card payment with additional 4% service charge. Write us for the payment procedure. Bank transfer will be best way to pay us. All the advance payment should reach us as we stated at the time of correspondence and final payment should reach us with traveler or before their arrival.

Single Travelers
Everest Excursion will make its best efforts to match single travelers with suitable roommates. In the case of this not being possible the guest will be charged for the single supplement.

All rates are current and are subject to change with or without prior notice. All rates are quoted in US dollars unless specifically indicated.

Child Fares
Child prices apply to children between the ages of 2 and 12 or any such ages as may be specified by the respective airlines/hotel/resort. Child fares are subject to change at the discretion of the respective airlines/hotel/resort.

Responsibility
Everest Excursion as a tour operator, acts only as an agent. We reserve the right to substitute hotels, and alter itinerary, withdraw any tour and make any desirable alteration for the convenience of the operation of the tour. Everest Excursion reserves the right to cancel the tour prior to departure for any reason. By accepting tour policy, agent/ traveler should agree that Everest Excursion shall hold no responsibilities in itinerary alterations, delays or cancellation, strikes, sickness, theft, loss, accidents, weather or any other causes. Everest Excursion reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any tour member at any reason before or during the tour. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Please write/call the office to verify current prices. All itineraries subject to change without notice. Traveler must be self-reliant, a friend or relative must accompany those who require assistance. We are not able to provide individual assistance for any traveler. Traveler should inform the escort or hotel reception if they are to use the hotel swimming pool. All children and elderly should be at all times accompanied by their parents while using the pool and or during the tour. If there is no lifeguard on premise, traveler will be responsible for swimming on his / her own risk.
