Attraction : Mera peak is one of the most popular trekking peaks in Nepal. The walk from Lukla through the Sherpa regions of the remote Hinku valley is an unforgettable experience. This peak is located south of Everest in the Hinku valley and is relatively easier to climb than most other peaks. You will witness superb scenery and abundant wildlife, possibly catching a glimpse of the legendary yeti. It takes about six days to reach base camp where climbers stay for two nights. From there, the climb takes about three to four days, depending on weather conditions. Although the climb is not technically difficult, it requires a strong physical condition and good mountaineering skills. Climbing Mera peak requires mountaineering skills and a special permit from the Nepal Mountaineering Association.

Itineraries in Details

Day 01 : Arrival in Kathmandu & transfer to Hotel.

Day 02 : Preparation day.

Day 03 : Kathmandu to lukla by flight and trek to chutunga.

Day 04 : Rest day.

Day 05 : Chutunga – Croos Zetra Pass - Thule Kharka.

Day 06 : Thule kharka – Tashing Ongma.

Day 07 : Tashing Ongma - Khare.

Day 08 : Rest Day.

Day 09 : Khare- Mera La.

Day 10 : Mera La High Camp.

Day 11 : Spare Day. We Allow a spare day in case of bad weather.

Day 12 : Summite back to Base Camp.

Day 13 : Base camp (Khare) –Tashing Ongma.

Day 14 : Tashing Ongma –Thule Kharka.

Day 15 : Thule Kharka- Lukla.

Day 16 : Lukla to Kathmandu by Flight.

Day 17 : Departure day
