Day 01 : Arrival in Kathmandu
& Transfer to hotel |
Day 02 : Full day sightseeing
tour in Kathmandu. |

Day 03 : Early morning fly to
Lukla, 2850m. Trek 3 hrs to Phakding,
2630m. |
Day 04 : Trek from Phakding
to Namche, 3440m. 6 hrs. |
Day 05 : Trek from Namche to
Thame, 3840 m. 6-7 hrs. |

Day 06 : Rest day in Namache
for acclimatization, visit the
surroundings and the monasteries in
Namche Bazzar. |

Day 07 : Visit Thame
monastery in the morning and trek
back to Khumjung, 3740 m. 6 hrs. |
Day 08 : Trek to Tyangboche
monastery, 3840 m. 5 hrs. Rest of
the day free. |

Day 09 : Trek from Tyangboche
to Pangboche(Upper), 3980 m. 3 hrs.
Visit the old Pangboche Monastery.
Rest day for acclimatization. |
Day 10 : Trek to Dingboche
and to Pheriche, 4200 m. 5-6 hrs. |
Day 11 : Trek from Pheriche
to Lobuche, 4900 m. 5-6 hrs. |

Day 12 : Early Morning trek
from Lobuche to Gorekshep and climb
Kalapather, 5545 m. and walk down to
Gorekshep. 5100m. |
Day 13 : Excursion to Everest
base camp and walk down to Lobuche.

Day 14 : Trek from Lobuche to
Chhukung |
Day 15 : Trek from Chhukung
to Island Peak High Camp. |
Day 16 : Climb Island Peak,
6180 m. and trek back to Chhukung. |
Day 17 : Free day for
climbing |
Day 18 : Trek back to Namche. |
Day 19 : Trek back to Lukla.
7 hrs. Last day with trekking crew. |
