Some of the remote
areas of Nepal were restricted to
foreign visitors until 1991. Now the
rule has been changed and the most
inaccessible areas in Nepal have
been opened for visiting.
The treks have to be fully organized
camping trek. Everest excursion
arranges trekking permit. One isn’t
allowed to trek alone in the
restricted areas. A minimum of 2
trekkers is required to be in the
group. Also one government officer
acting as a liaison accompanies the
group. |
